Chabad was established in Morgan Hill with a vision to reach every Jew with love, and to build together a vibrant Jewish future.
In just a few short years, a beautiful and caring Jewish community has begun to bloom and blossom - a family where everyone is welcomed with warmth and kindness, and valued as an integral part of the community.
We now have the unique opportunity to transform our center into a true Jewish campus - one that will serve every facet of Jewish life for generations to come.
Together, we can turn this vision into a reality.
PHASE 1: COMPLETE
PURCHASE
In December 2022, Chabad purchased 16430 Monterey Rd, establishing a permanent home for Jewish life in Morgan Hill and laying the foundation for a vibrant and growing community center.
PHASE 2: COMPLETE
RENOVATIONS
The building was renovated and transformed into a warm, welcoming center for Jewish life - serving the community with programs, classes, events, holiday celebrations, and youth activities.
PHASE 3: COMPLETE
EXPANSION
In 2026, Chabad purchased the neighboring property at 16450 Monterey Rd, marking a major milestone in our growing community and establishing the roots for our future growth.
PHASE 4: UPCOMING
CURRENT NEED
With the expanded campus secured, several exciting projects are ready to begin as soon as funded, including a outdoor play area, community pavilion, and a state-of-the-art mikvah.
PHASE 5: FUTURE
VISION
Our long-term vision is to develop both properties into a unified Chabad Campus for Jewish Life that will serve the growing South County Jewish community for generations to come.

Chabad has offered us so many ways to get involved at any level of personal practice or experience. We attend as many of the holiday celebrations and Kids Club activities as we can, which has given our young son a sense of pride and confidence in his Jewishness. (It helps that the events are always fun and have delicious food!)
